01. PROJECT OVERVIEW

A flagship enterprise deployment in sub-zero Nordic conditions, combining high-yield geothermal baseload, wind generation, and 18 modular INGENEV LiFePO4 battery containers equipped with closed-loop dielectric immersion cooling.

warningThe Engineering Challenge

Operating at ambient temperatures plummeting to -34°C caused rapid battery thermal contraction and electrolyte freezing in legacy air-cooled BESS containers. The facility needed guaranteed 2C rapid discharge without parasitic heater energy draw.

check_circleThe INGENEV Technical Solution

INGENEV deployed 18 modular 40ft ISO power containers featuring proprietary dielectric fluid immersion manifolds. Waste heat from data center GPU server stacks is captured and dynamically recirculated through battery thermal jackets, achieving a continuous 22°C internal equilibrium with zero auxiliary grid heating.

format_quote

“INGENEV's kinetic storage and thermal immersion manifolds eliminated our winter peak-demand volatility within three weeks of commissioning. Their industrial rigor and uptime SLA are unmatched in the Nordic market.”
